Last summer, I was lucky enough to spend a magical week as a volunteer counselor at "The Hole In The Wall Gang Camp". I will again this summer too. I want to help more campers go to "The Hole In The Wall Gang Camp".
I believe big requests need to be accompanied by big commitments. EVERY LAST DOLLAR YOU DONATE WILL GO TO CAMP. We covered all event costs.
Last September, I rode my bicycle across the United States from Disneyland to Walt Disney World, 3343.7 miles in 32 days (50% > 2009 Tour de France). I ran the 2009 Walt Disney World Marathon & a Half. I'll run the Disneyland Half Marathon this Labor Day. I do all this in honor of my mother-in-law who died of cancer on 03/19/09.

As a member of Team Hole in the Wall, I am using my participation in the Camp Challenge program as a way to raise funds for and bring awareness to Hole in the Wall Camps. Please help me reach (or even exceed!) my goal by clicking on my Support button. With your generosity, we can all share in the joy of knowing that we are helping to create memories that will last a lifetime.
Every summer at Hole in the Wall Camps, hundreds of children become athletes and actors, painters and poets, swimmers and singers, clowns and canoe paddlers, naturalists, equestrians, and hot air balloonists. It is amazing what these campers accomplish in one week; just as amazing are the obstacles they overcome on a daily basis, for these children suffer from serious illnesses such as cancer, sickle cell anemia, HIV/AIDS, and hemophilia. Camp helps keep them going – throughout the many challenges of serious illness.
The Association of Hole in the Wall Camps encompasses the world’s largest family of camps for children with serious illnesses and life-threatening conditions.
Since 1988, Hole in the Wall Camps have served more than 135,000 campers with more than 150 specific medical conditions from all 50 states and 39 countries. All services to children, families, and hospitals are provided free of charge.
